The Kroger Co. (NYSE: KR) said today it is recalling Simple Truth Organic Mixed Vegetables because a supplier indicated the product may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes, an organism which could result in severe illness to those individuals who may consume this product. No customer illnesses have been reported to date.
