So as of a month, I have been experiencing these same problems. I call GM and go through 3 different customer service representative who all 3 have different answers for me concerning my issue! But as I can tell here, I have a 2006 cobalt registered in North Carolina and it should be covered as a “special coverage”, yet out of the 3 people I spoke with only 1 told me this. As the information I recieved wasnt trustworthy enough I managed to get it fixed from a friend and would loved to be reimburst for the fact GM didnt help give me information until I found this information myself. What should I do?
i received the letter in the mail stating that i have relocated to an area that is under the Special Coverage yet when i read in the above statement OHIO is not included in the statement above, i am hopeful that when i take it to the Chevrolet dealership in Cambridge Ohio that they are able to fix the issue so that it doesn’t get any worse an are able to research an investigate the Letter i received in the mail…. GM is really about customer satisfaction so i hope they will be able to fix this at no charge as it stated in the letter i received…
