Walker’s Food Products Co., a North Kansas City, Mo., establishment, is recalling approximately 2,446 pounds of chicken salad products because of misbranding and an undeclared allergen. The products are formulated with a soy protein concentrate, a known allergen, which was not properly declared on the labels.
