King Henry’s Inc of Valencia, California is voluntarily recalling all Pistachio sold under the King Henry label in 1.5oz, 2.75oz and 4.5oz packages as they have the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella. In rare cases infection with Salmonella can result in the organism getting into the bloodstream and producing more severe illnesses such as arterial infections, endocarditis, and arthritis.
