Pennsylvania Congressman Mike Fitzpatrick says he will introduce a bill on November 4, 2015, that would revoke FDA approval for the contraceptive device Essure. Women with Essure 10 Times as Likely to Require Surgery
A new study found that women implanted with the contraceptive device Essure were 10 times as likely to require additional surgery within one year as those who had chosen tubal ligation.
