I recently came across this story on Digg.com. According to Reuters, the Ontario Pharmacists’ Association is concerned that the United States could drain Canada of its cheaper prescription drugs as the result of two new U.S. measures:
The first is a decision by the U.S. customs service to stop destroying medicine ordered through Canadian pharmacies.
The second measure allows Americans to carry a 90-day supply of medicine across the border from Canada to the United States.
