US Compounding, Inc. Issues Voluntary Nationwide Recall of All Sterile Compounded Products

US Compounding, Inc. (“USC”) is voluntarily recalling all lots of sterile products aseptically compounded and packaged by USC and that remain within expiry due to the Food and Drug Administration’s (“FDA”)_ concern over a lack of sterility assurance. The sterile products were distributed nationwide to patients, providers, hospitals, or clinics between March 14, 2015 and September 9, 2015.
