I have about 160 miles on my new 2008 Honda Rincon 680 4×4, I paid extra and got the Natural Gear camo. The camo is already starting to peel off. Heck, I didn’t even know it was just a film laid over the plastic. Still, there is no way it should be peeling like this, considering what I paid for it!!!

I bought an honda rincon in feb of 08, it was a 2007 model bought as new from a dealer, it’s now in the shop again with a flat cam, second time with the same problem. this atv is used by me only I’m 78 years old and I use it to get around my acreage, (250) this atv is not ran hard or abused in any way,oil changed when indicated, I’ve owned hondas before but I’m VERY disappointed with this one, I paid $6800.00 for this lemon and I’m looking a total of over $2,000 for cam repairs with what the cost of the1st one, and honda won’t stand behind their product at all.

I purchased a 2007 Honda Rincon 680 4×4, I paid extra and got the Natural Gear camo. The camo began pealing off withing a couple of months. I was told by the dealer and Honda that there may be a recall. 2 years later, they are telling me that there will not be a recall, and they will not cover replacing the plastic becuase my bike is now out of warranty. Honda agrees that they knew about the problem but they cannot do anything now. NOT HAPPY AT ALL. I plan to take legal action if I have to.
