I just purchased a 2004 Winnebago Sightseer with a Workhorse chasis. The brake pedal is sticking (and staying down!) when depressed. I have to lift the pedal with the top of my foot for it to return to it’s original position. The brakes do not appear to be locking up, but I’m concerned.
Is my model experiencing a recall too?

I have a 2004 Winnebago Adventurer, and recently on a trip I had smelling brakes, loss of power, smoke coming from one set of the duals on the driver side, loss of brakes, and the ABS light came on and is still on. I was able to stop using the braking system on the car that I tow, otherwise I would have had a serious accident. I was not impressed when I called Workhorse, and the person I spoke to was totally uncaring, and basically told me it was ok to drive after it cools down. They said I could have them checked by a “WH” shop, but if they couldn’t find anything wrong, I had to pay for it. This has happened twice now, and obviously is wearing my brake pads prematurely as well. WHY IS IT TAKING SO LONG FOR WORKHORSE TO GET THE PARTS MADE FOR THIS PROBLEM??? I am really fed up with them. If they are defective and you take it to a WH shop they will only put in the same defective parts, Way to go!!!!!!
GET ANOTHER SUPPLIER WORKHORSE!!!!

Other than the girl I talked to who was very nice, I had the same thing as Tony. Someone should be doing something before someone gets killed!!!
