Arctic Cat Recalls Snowmobiles Due to Crash Hazard

Arctic Cat is recalling about 7,100 Arctic Cat Snomobiles because the snow machines’ headlamp fuse can malfunction, which could cause periods of limited visibility at night. Arctic Cat discovered this condition during production testing of these models. There have been no reports of headlamp failures or injuries.

Serious Head Injuries to Infants Continue Due to Falls from Bumbo Baby Seats Used on Elevated Surfaces

CPSC and Bumbo International are aware of at least 45 incidents in which infants fell out of a Bumbo seat while it was being used on an elevated surface which occurred after an October 25, 2007 voluntary recall of the product. The recall required that new warnings be placed on the seat to deter elevated usage of the product. Since the recall, CPSC and Bumbo International have learned that 17 of those infants, ages 3-10 months, suffered skull fractures. These incidents and injuries involved both recalled Bumbo seats and Bumbo seats sold after the recall with the additional on-product warnings.
Motion Sensing Wall Switches Recalled by HeathCo due to Electrical Shock Hazard

HealthCo, LLC is recalling about 75,000 Heath® / Zenith and WirelessCommand® motion sensing wall switches because a small amount of leakage current passes through the electric circuit, including the socket, when the switches are in the auto mode and the light is off. If consumers fail to disconnect the power at the circuit breaker and make contact with both terminals inside the socket while replacing the bulbs, there is a risk of an electric shock.

The grills measure about 14.5 inches in width, 11 inches in depth and 6.5 inches in height. The model number is located on an ETL/Intertek foil sticker label affixed to the bottom of the unit. The stainless steel grills/griddles have “Wolfgang Puck Bistro Collection” stamped on the front of the unit next to the control dials. They feature a stainless steel handle used to compress the top and bottom grill plates.
