The affected product is isolated to a single lot number and the company is currently utilizing Corrective And Preventative Action (CAPA) procedures to identify why this problem exists, which was discovered after receiving a small number of consumer complaints. Test results for pathogens were negative as tested by the Georgia State Department of Agriculture.

A Kansas firm is recalling over 14,000 lbs of ground beef that could be contaminated with E. coli.
The recalled beef comes from Creekstone Farms Premium Beef of Arkansas City, KS. About 14,158 pounds (Approximately 7 tons) of ground beef is affected after a third-party inspector found evidence of E. coli 0157:H7 in samples of the beef.
