		<description>Purchased Slim Fast from Sam&#039;s Club along with Slim Fast Bars.  I called your number and wrote a letter, but to no avail.  I know I have the comtaminated cans because I became very ill and had severe cramps.  I now have 16 cans that I feel I should be reimbursed for..along with the bars that I am also afraid to eat.  I have been using your product for at least 10 years and have been very satisfied until now.  I think the least that I deserve is a refund.  I can not believe a big company live Levers would treat their customers like this...why give out information about how to get a refund if you are not going to follow through.  I certainly would like to speak to one of your CEOs and wonder how I can submit this letter to them.</description>
