		<description>Bought the chair 10 months ago and already have had two separate things go wrong: 1. A bolt in the seat back snapped off.  Had to drill out the snapped-off bolt and replace it with a hardware store bolt. 2. The gas cylindar lift is not stopped properly and will, if you let it all the way up, come out of its socket.</description>
