It is very scary as my son cannot take motrin due to allergic reaction. But even if u don't have the boxes the Lot#s are on the bottles itself. Looks like most of the recalls are SBM's; SCM's; and SDM's follow by the three digit numbers. Try to remember that when buying your tylenols. Nadea and others sorry for your lost. On the morning of Sept.14th I got up in the morning to check on our son Zander and I found him in his crib already gone. I had given him a dose of Infant tylenol at 3:30pm the afternoon before and another dose at 8:30pm. We aren't sure if this recall has anything to do with it, but its been on my heart from the beginning and I can't seem to let it go. I finished up an already opened bottle of tylenol and then gave him some out of the other one. I did just look up what they said was the raw unfinised product within the tylenol and its B. Cepacia Bacteria. I've looked that up as well, and I don't like what I'm reading. Not sure if this is just a coincidence or not. We still don't have anything back yet from the tox. testing, but we will be calling them tomorrow morning with the information that I just found out.
