Issue:  Car failed to start, pulled the code from data link.   Issue recorded was the crankshaft position sensor but ---

Replaced the crankshaft position sensor (and camshaft position sensor) and the car still fails to start.   Check fuel pressure -- there is no pressure.

I am at a loss, how does a code for cranshaft position sensor --- equate to the current situation of no fuel pressure...</description>
