While it is not currently the one that is being recalled, it certainly should be!!! This is our second one! We purchased our first one the first part of July and it nearly ruined our carpet leaking coffee all over the floor! Then we took it back, and got another identical to it. This one leaks everywhere! It leaks water out of the reservoir, and pretty much any place it can leak it does. This one doesn't overflow from the basket, but it leaks everywhere else! I emailed the company, and they told me they would send me a replacement reservoir which I have yet to see. These coffee makers are not exactly cheap or easy to install! I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone, nor will I be purchasing another!!! I also have a Black and Decker Spacemaker coffee maker. I have always used a gold filter and they are to tall to fit under the new safety contraption, and if you vse paper filters it still leaks. The new baskets requires a paper filter.
