Ordered the H20 Mop through a television infomercisl, With the Steam Cleaner. Well tryed out the Steam Cleaner as directed on a Recliner. And it burned out befor all the water was used up in it. I checked the instructions on useing the Steam Cleaner again. I had done as the instructions said. So did not even try the H20 Mop. Just put it all in the box and put it in the shop storage area. ( JUST A PILE OF JUNK ) My wife said DONT ORDER ANYTHING ELSE FROM T V ADDS. WHY SELL CHINA JUNK No wonder our country is going to the dogs. Gilbert Anderson

I really liked the mop and the complimentary steam cleaner, they both worked great until I had a horrible burn from the hand held steam cleaner. I was using at waste level when a line of steam blasted through my shirt and burned me accrose my stomac and the underside of my arm. I am now scarded for life with a huge scar the lenght of my entire hand.

I would like a replacement product. What good is a $30. coupon if I can’t use it.

Could you give a list of stores that carry the H20 Steamer. Zip code 32162
    Lady Lake (The Villages) Fl.

The $30 coupon IS NOT good for another Thane product as stated on various websites, only for those products listed on a very short list sent with the directions to destroy the Steam Cleaner. The short list of products all cost significantly more than $30, other than the replacement steam cleaner which is exactly $30. I have followed the directions on how to return the cord to show that I have destroyed the cleaner, and held my $30 coupon to wait for activation. I called Thane customer service after two weeks, and tried to use my coupon for an item on the Thane.com website. I was told that it wasn’t good for anything other than the list of items sent with the recall directions, or for a replacement of the steam cleaner. So Thane has figured out a way to get even more money out of this recall. I am not pleased with the way this has been administered. I would like $30 in the form of a check please.
