Sunday dinner turned into a nightmare. After cooking two slabs of ribs on the three-burner side of my "Perfect flame" model gac3615 gas grill, I turned up the burners and shut the lid to "clean" it as outlined in the owners manual, and set the timer on my microwave for 15minutes. When the timer alerted, I went out to shut the grill off, only to find it in flames!
I pulled the grill out from under the lanai, and started spraying water on it from my garden hose. The grill (and my floor mat) is a total loss.

Does anyone know if this model (GAC3615) grill with date code LQ is safe. Neither Lowe's or the response person on the toll free number has a clue.
