I returned my son’s helicopter after ringing and ringing to get the recall envelope; now NOTHING……no refund on my son’s toy and they won’t pick up the phone.

I received the recall letter this afternoon in the mail. The company advises the consumer to email : returns@copterrecall.org but there is no information indicating what to do. Please advise.
