Unfortunately the fuel line quick disconnect was faulty, resulting in a large house fire. California Highway Patrol also had a fire resulting from this same problem. BMW paid for the damages to the CHP facility. In my case they refused to reimburse for damages. If your staff can suggest possible ways to apply pressure to BMW it would be greatly appreciated.
