A & M in Anchorage, Alaska will not return calls for parts. Are they not able to get parts from Tioga/Fleetwood. I know they still your motorhomes because my family was in Anchorage just this last weekend. We live in Fairbanks and this dealership is giving Tiogas and other motorhome types a bad name. I'm completely unhappy with whats going on. It seems with the high gas prices, the fact that someone is spending any money on their motorhomes at all, they would want to pay particular attention to customer service but this is not the case. I did use to get good service from them but nothing so far this year. I've made at least 8 to 10 calls so far and not one phone call back.
