How can I get a dealership that sold us our motorhome (Tioga, Class C 31 FT) to return calls so we can find out if they have a hydraulic part for the door of our motorhome. A & M in Anchorage, Alaska will not return calls for parts. Are they not able to get parts from Tioga/Fleetwood. I know they still your motorhomes because my family was in Anchorage just this last weekend. We live in Fairbanks and this dealership is giving Tiogas and other motorhome types a bad name. I’m completely unhappy with whats going on. It seems with the high gas prices, the fact that someone is spending any money on their motorhomes at all, they would want to pay particular attention to customer service but this is not the case. I did use to get good service from them but nothing so far this year. I’ve made at least 8 to 10 calls so far and not one phone call back.

    Gloria Burcell,
We live in Fairbanks also. . .and I have our Tioga SL (31w) repaired at Auto Service Company (RV sales division) on south Cushman. We bought our 2005 this past season through them and have been taken care of on all requests!

    Hope this helps.

So you’ll pay for a motor home, but your kid is asking for donations to go to college? Interesting priorities.

Have something to share?
