Shioes have akways been safety issue since shoe laces also get caught in things. Rubber soles are like tires ...be careful to buy winter tires ...and winter soles or you find yourself pretty hurt.....if you would know what materials are used to make your shoes you would always wear socks.......and ladies not nylons. Do not be fooled by thinking you will buy expensive shoes ...since they are all manufactured at the same places and the same resin products..be smart winter tires winter shoes.......non skid soles only dancing is no longer an option.
