More Toy Recalls by Fisher Price and Mattel

Adding to the growing list of toy recalls already reported, Fisher Price and Mattel have collectively recalled about another 1.5 million toys this week for violation of the Lead Paint Standard.

I’m glad they’re catching these, but it makes you wonder how long it’s been going on. There has been a huge rise in autism in the last decade and I’m wondering if lead-based paint on toys has anything to do with it.
