I think about my little Benji dog who had a terrible skin disorder. We exauhsted all Avenues.
It had to be the dog food and the treats,
My coco cat a siamese also died mysteriously but just like the two dogs across the astret. Weblamed the famous once a month flea and tick med. They all ended up dying with their hinf ends almost paralyzed. May have been the cat food and treats also.
You know it is a tragedy to think we could be feeding out human baby's tainted food also. But just the though of feeding my furry babies bad food angers me.
People please...let's try our hardest to put these people out of business, or at least let their sales keep dropping. Just like anything...if it has the word animal (pet) disability or baby in it....prices scale to the sky.

after my first newborn kitten of six. Lost two and Mom is a stray. 4 weeks today

To the person who called Purina. DON'T GIVE UP!!!! I made my initial contact thru the internet. I spent $103 on testing for my poodles because they were supplementing Mighty Dog pouches w/Pro Plan dry and they got sickly. Luckily the tests were negative...but Purina claims they are going to reimburse me once they get the med reports/bill from my vet since I served them and returned to the store the Mighty Dog pouches that were in my cupboard. DON'T GIVE UP...THEY WILL CALL YOU!!!!!! THANKS! GOOD LUCK!

this is crazy, in the month of april i had gotten two kittens we took them home and everything was fine, but after we gave them some 9 lives soft catfood the female started acting sick, we woke up the next morning and she had passed away. both of the kittens are 4 to 5 weeks old. then the day that we found her dead our male started acting sick, he died that night. then we got a kitten from my aunt four days ago that was about 6 weeks old, she died the day before yesterday. we threw away the cat food and got another kitten from our aunt she is doing good.

Beware. I keep switching to what I think is safe cat food and now corn glutan and rice by products may also be effected. I fed my cat Purina Pro Plan for Sensitive Skin and Stomach and for months she kept throwing up. I thought bad digestion or hairballs. I switched last week to Science Diet dry sensitive stomach and the vomiting ended, however, there is corn glutanin this so now I dont know! So far Purina products arent recalled but my cat had symptoms on it. Tried to call the Purina consumer line and was on hold for 107 minutes and no one picked up (after I was transferred one time). Avoidance? I have to spend money now to take my cat in for testing for kidney damage. What working person has time to make their pets foods? My cat wouldn't eat it anyway (she eats tuna also but nothing else). I feel all this recall is going to prove we need better inspections and quit the importing cheaper ingredients. kL
